I was admitted to the Utah State and Federal Bar in 2000, to the Idaho State and Federal Bar in 2001, and most recently to the Nevada State and Federal Bar in 2005. I am also a member of the Utah Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Utah Association for Justice, the Central Bar Association. I practice in the areas of civil litigation for fourteen years, with emphasis in family law, personal injury, estate planning, probate, real estate, securities and commercial contracts.
