About Daniel Low

I represent individuals and businesses across the country in a variety of civil litigation disputes against large corporations. My practice areas include antitrust litigation (e.g., price-fixing, customer allocation), civil litigation, consumer protection, business tort, and commercial litigation, including class actions, and antitrust counseling.

My small firm -- Kotchen & Low LLP -- aims to achieve the highest caliber legal representation while offering clients greater efficiency and more personalized attention than larger firms.

Before co-founding Kotchen & Low LLP, I was: a law clerk for Judge Tacha of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, a research attorney for the Supreme Court of Guam; a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice; and an attorney at the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.
