Courtny Garcia was born and raised in the greater Dallas area. Mrs. Garcia obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Mrs. Garcia graduated with her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law.
