About Christopher Stahnke
Hello – my name is Chris Stahnke. I am an associate attorney, having come to the firm with great experience and hopes for a long and successful career. I attended and graduated from the University of Washington in 2002, and after a couple of years enrolled in Seattle University School of Law, graduating in 2007. After graduation I sought out and obtained trial experience, first with the Snohomish County Public Defender Association, and then with the King County Prosecuting Attorneys office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney working in the District Court Unit and the Drug Diversion Court. If you have a traffic, DUI, or criminal case, I am probably the guy that you want to see. Although I have extensive experience handling all of the various aspects of criminal law, I am working for a firm that has diverse clients and diverse expertise. My legal practice and experience has expanded rapidly to include family law, various types of restraining / protection orders, collections, landlord/tenant and other areas of civil litigation. I was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2007, to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington 2010, and I am a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association, the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Washington State Association for Justice. I volunteer at the Snohomish County Legal Services Family Law Clinic, providing legal advice to clients with difficult and sensitive problems in their family law cases. I am also a member of the Board of Directors for Snohomish County Legal Services. When I am not practicing law, the majority of my time is spent with wife, Carlina, and our two “fluff puff” doggies Bailey and Lola. I also have a lot of fun playing baseball in the Puget Sound Senior Baseball League, skiing, golfing. I enjoy meeting new clients, and if you have a legal problem, please give me a call or email me
