About Christopher Smitherman

With over 20 years of experience in the legal community, Chris Smitherman has earned the reputation for being a strong advocate for his clients. Although he is licensed to practice in any and all state courts located in Alabama and Mississippi, he predominately works in Central Alabama with a heavy focus in Shelby, Chilton, Bibb, and Jefferson Counties. Chris grew up in small town Montevallo, the son of two pharmacists, and attended and graduated Jemison High School. Before earning his JD and while in law school, Chris worked as a licensed realtor. Chris possesses the skill and experience to provide effective professional services as well as the compassion and down home concern to make his clients comfortable as they face life's challenges.
