Christopher Chiacchio's practice focuses on fund formation and private placements, along with Corporate Law, Complex Contract Negotiations and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Chiacchio’s community devotion runs deep. He served as Mayor of Moorestown Township, and was a member of Moorestown's Township Council. He was also a member of Moorestown Township Planning Board, and the Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board and Planning Board. He recently wrapped up serving as the former Chairman of Moorestown's Economic Development Advisory Committee.

Mr. Chiacchio received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Widener Law School. Upon graduating Law School, Mr. Chiacchio served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page, of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has received SJ Magazine’s Top Attorney award, and South Jersey Magazine’s prestigious Awesome Attorneys honor.
