Attorney Christine C. Zaouk joined the McCathern Los Angeles office as an Of Counsel attorney in March 2016. After years of representing insurance companies in structural and property damage cases, Ms. Zaouk now represents employees in employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, as well as Wage and Hour class actions. She also handles consumer class actions on large scale issues. Ms. Zaouk’s prior experience on the defense side gives her an advantage in prosecuting such cases and her working knowledge of civil procedure, coupled with the aggressive nature of her litigation style, correlates to successful results for her clients.
Ms. Zaouk has found a passion in representing those that cannot otherwise protect themselves from their employer or from large companies that take advantage of the everyday consumer. She has an extensive background in litigation and transactional work including several years handling a wide range of cases on behalf of large insurance companies, product manufacturers, subcontractors and healthcare organizations.
Ms. Zaouk graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 2007. While in law school, she was ranked in the top 10% and was a member of the Southwestern University Law Review.
Before attending law school,Ms. Zaouk graduated Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside in 2004.
