About Chelsea Walker

Originally from Hawaii, and having grown up skiing in Colorado, enjoying the Valley in Weslaco, Texas, as well as living the lake life in Kuttawa, Kentucky, Chelsea has had a unique upbringing and life experience that adds to her curiosity for places and people. Pursuing her passions, she secured a degree from FIU in International Relations, and later got her juris doctor in Michigan. She wound up in West Virginia in pursuit of a love story destined for doom. Following her divorce she opened her doors to KVX which fanned her flames of passion for people and places once again, coming full circle. Since 2020, she has exclusively handled immigration cases in her law firm and enjoyed many of her clients' successes.

Currently she operates a virtual firm headquartered out of Charleston, WV, with clients from all over the United States, as well as Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Her work encompasses the many challenging aspects of US Immigration, but also intersects with ex-pats and the challenges of living abroad and tax questions.
