About Charles Koehler

Attorney Chuck Koehler has been a shareholder with the Herrling Clark Law Firm for over 25 years as Financial Chairman. From 2013-2014 he served as President and is now Vice-President of the Firm. Chuck’s practice is concentrated in areas of business and personal financial matters, business and real estate transactions, municipal law, employment law, and related matters in these areas of law. Chuck’s trial experience includes a wide range of disputes, including administrative hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and lawsuits in State and Federal courts.
