About Caryn Fennell

I have over twenty-three years of professional and executive experience, including service in the United States Army. I also have and twenty-four years of education, including studies in my Associates Degree, Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, Industrial/Organizational Ph.D. Program and in my Juris Doctor Program. I own and manage the law offices of Caryn S. Fennell & Associates which I opened on November 9, 2010, the same day I swore into the Bar Association and the Georgia Courts. Since opening my firm, I have closed over 850 family and criminal law cases. I specialize in complex custody matters, and have a passion for parental alienation cases. My firm is most proud of our ability to expertly navigate the most complex legal issues and apply the breadth of professional experience to the management and care of every case and client we serve. My firm has an excellent reputation for aggressive case investigation, persistent advocacy, and for implementing a very reasonable fee structure for clients. I ensure the firm provides every client with personalized service and review every case in detail to develop a customized resolution strategy for each client. I coined the phrase, “client-centered lawyer” because we are different than the rest in that we never place money above the needs of our clients.
