About Brian Burchett

I founded The Burchett Law Firm in 2013 to meet the needs of people suffering serious injuries due to negligence and medical malpractice. I have over 35 years of trial experience in all types of personal injury litigation, including product liability, medical malpractice, class action and mass tort. I also have substantial trial experience in complex business and employment litigation with particular expertise in business torts, technology and consumer matters. For several years in the middle of my career, I worked for insurance companies. I learned why they pay some claims, why they won’t pay others, and what they fear. I’ve headed up big law firms, and small firms, as I do now. I am not intimidated by the “big guys,” I’ve been one.
