About Bayli Fields
Before law school, I witnessed the guilt and stress my family endured when caring for loved ones. There was no plan, and important conversations happened too late. It is my mission to protect other families from facing the same situation. I studied at the University of Georgia and graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and minor in Anthropology. Understanding people, families, and their unique needs is the heart of my career. I continued my studies at the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated at the top of my class. I started my own firm to have the freedom to guide families the best way I know how—comprehensive planning and informed action in a time of crisis. Prior to founding Fields Elder Law & Estate Planning, my entire career has been focused on understanding and overcoming the hurdles faced by families in crisis so that I could best serve their needs. Outside of my firm and family, I embrace opportunities to educate other professionals and families in the community on the importance of planning. I enjoy lecturing for UGA’s OLLI program, providing Elder Law related staff training for in-home care companies, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes, and helping Nurses and Social Workers maintain their professional licenses through continuing education. Not having a plan happened to my family, but it gave me purpose. I have been honored to use my expertise and experience to help clients protect their legacies amid a crisis and others address and avoid the uncertainty before an emergency. The Fields team is ready to navigate the river of life with you.
