About Barbra Arnold
Barbra Arnold has over ten years of experience representing management in all facets of labor and employment law, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, trades secrets, collective bargaining with unions and wage and hour law including class actions relating to failure to pay overtime, and meal and rest period claims.

She has also served as both lead and co-counsel in numerous NLRB trials and employment law arbitrations.

Barbra represents both large and small employers and provides a holistic approach to representation focusing on both litigation defense and advice and counseling to avoid future litigation.
