About Aubrey Jacobsen

Aubrey Jacobsen began advocating for consumers in bankruptcy in 2005 working as a receptionist for one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in Sacramento. Eventually, she worked her way up to case manager, all the while expanding her knowledge and skills necessary to aid individuals seeking relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Aubrey has prepared and administered countless Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 reorganization cases, and has even had experience in working with attorneys on Chapter 11 and 12 cases.

In 2011, Aubrey enrolled at Lincoln Law School of California. She earned her J.D. and passed the bar exam in 2015. She is an enthusiastic attorney advocate who’s passion is helping distressed homeowners and consumers.

Aubrey strives to make clients feel comfortable and at ease during what may be a very troubling time. It is important to her that clients feel supported and that they have a team of skilled professionals on their side. To any client feeling overwhelmed, Aubrey’s motto is “Together we will figure it out!”

In her free time, Aubrey enjoys a good cup of tea, hot baths, and an engaging book.
