Asheley Figueroa-Santana is an associate attorney at Cecere Santana, PA. Mrs. Figueroa-Santana works on cases relating to Personal Injury and Property Litigation claims. Mrs. Figueroa-Santana began her law career as part of an Engle Progeny litigation team fighting big tobacco companies on behalf of sick clients affected by the companies’ fraudulent conduct of hiding the side effects of smoking. Later, she obtained first-hand knowledge of how insurance companies operate while representing the insurance companies in Workers’ Compensation cases.
Mrs. Figueroa-Santana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida International University. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate Degree Magna Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. She was part of the editorial staff of the St. Thomas Law Review, a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and President of the Tax Law Society.
