Anna V. Rio, Esquire, is a life-long Delaware County resident, from Aronimink Elementary School, Drexel Hill Junior High School and Upper Darby High School, before heading to Philadelphia to graduate from Temple University in 1990, and then obtaining her Law Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993.
