About Adam Fogelman

Attorney Adam Fogelman is the founder and owner of The Fogelman Law Firm LLC, which has law offices in Hamilton, Batavia and Cincinnati, Ohio. A nationally ranked lawyer with more than 21 years of legal experience, Mr. Fogelman focuses his practice primarily on family law, and he provides invaluable counsel and support to clients in Butler, Clermont and Hamilton counties and beyond who are going through divorces or have other serious legal issues affecting their families.

In addition to his expertise in Family Law, Mr. Fogelman practices civil litigation and other legal areas, working for years with some of the biggest legal firms in the area. Over the years, he has gained a reputation for helping clients and protecting their rights and liberties in their most trying times.

Mr. Fogelman is a 1997 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and received his Juris Doctor in 2001 from the University of Toledo's College of Law.

Alongside several publications, Mr. Fogelman has conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics. He is also an active member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the American Bar Association, and he has served on the Membership Services and Development Committee, the Admissions Committee, and the Mock Trial Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

In the community, Mr. Fogelman has helped with Operation Legal Help Ohio, client workshops, and legal clinics. Moreover, he has served on the zoning commission and development committee. He also volunteers at local schools and parishes. With his family, he also enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends - usually involving hiking, archery, hunting, or angling (often through local clubs).
