My name is Rock C Lee.

I graduated from Ohio State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. I continued on to receive a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

I entered the business sector, after graduation from law school, applying my business and economic knowledge in the field of business valuation. I then returned to practicing law. I am currently licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

My primary concentration is DUI defense, where I have been successful in defending clients in Indianapolis, IN, as well as in Northern Kentucky, Lexington, and throughout Ohio, including the Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Cleveland areas.

I am experienced in various fields, including business and legal arenas. My experience along with my extensive education allows me to thoroughly investigate every case presented to me. I combine my deep knowledge of the law with critical thinking skills to make sure all options are properly evaluated and all defenses are thoroughly considered in order to aggressively prepare effective defenses for all criminal charges, including DUI/OVI.

I maintain my membership with the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
