L. Darlene Weed has a well-deserved reputation of excellence in providing smart, sensible, and aggressive legal solutions for clients.

A former Prosecutor for Sandoval and Valencia counties, Ms. Weed opened Weed Law Firm as a General Practice offering Civil Dispute representation, Criminal Defense and Mediation. She is well-versed in all aspects of criminal law and is currently on the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel representing defendants charged with federal criminal violations.

Additionally, Ms. Weed works closely with families in contact with Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD), and lends her expertise to Family Law, Employment Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law, Kinship/Guardianship, and other areas of practice.
