A licensed attorney with the Arizona State Bar, since 2006, he has worked on litigating criminal matters at both the trial and appellate level, successfully advocating for thousands of clients accused of everything from DUI to homicide. In addition to Colby's extensive criminal defense legal experience, he has also litigated thousands of personal injury cases in state and federal courts.
