In 2016, Attorney Benjamin A. McBride established McBride Law (formerly The Law Office of Benjamin A. McBride, LLC) to focus his practice solely on criminal defense. With 10 years’ experience on both sides of the aisle, Attorney McBride sees the need for a qualified and experienced criminal defense attorney and fills that need by protecting the rights of the accused in Springfield, Greene County, and surrounding southwest Missouri.

In 2018, Mr. McBride recognized a desperate need for qualified and affordable immigration services in southwest Missouri. To serve that need, McBride Law is committed to providing aggressive and professional legal representation and counsel in all areas of immigration and nationality law for individuals, students, families, and businesses.
